“And like many pastors, I’ve been working very hard this week to remind people of God’s love for them, demonstrated through the sacrificial death of His Son Jesus Christ, and respectfully, I’m convicted by the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and His precious blood to cancel the effect of the President’s proclamation by making my own proclamation on heaven and earth,” Ward said. Transcription of Ward’s proclamation:
Hey friends, you know that words matter and Proverbs Chapter 18 Verse 21, says that death and life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat its fruit.
Our beloved President Biden, who my honor and respect, just issued a presidential proclamation on Transgender Day of Visibility on the holiest Christian holiday of the year, which is Easter Sunday.
And like many pastors, I’ve been working very hard this week to remind people of God’s love for them, demonstrated through the sacrificial death of His Son Jesus Christ, and respectfully, I’m convicted by the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and His precious blood to cancel the effect of the President’s proclamation by making my own proclamation and heaven on earth.
And I encourage every Christian to use your first amendment rights concerning the freedom of speech to do the same as speaking God’s blessing over this nation.
Now, therefore, I James Ward Jr., preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Son of the living God, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the word of God, the Holy Spirit and the laws of the Kingdom of God, do hereby proclaim March 31 as a Resurrection Day, I call upon all Americans to join us in lifting up the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, throughout our nation and around the world, to work toward eliminating sin and disobedience to God our Creator, based upon human pride in the works of the devil.
Happy Easter everyone. And yes, Christ is King.
Is an entire Pride month not enough?? Of all the days…On the holiest Christian day of the year Mr. President?? Well, preachers are called to make proclamations too.#Easter #resurrection #ChristianProclamation pic.twitter.com/aufc8DXrLi
