Activists’ days of using sanitized euphemisms to mask the horrors of abortion are drawing to a close. The vague “right to choose” mantra is quickly morphing into the right to kill a full-term baby after birth, with no questions asked.

A California bill passed last week by the state Assembly Judiciary Committee and now on its way to the Assembly Health Committee could permit infanticide, opponents warn. The bill, AB 2223, is brought to citizens by the Future of Abortion Council, a group of more than 40 abortion advocacy groups organized at the urging of Gov. Gavin Newsom to help make California an “abortion sanctuary” state.
The bill’s sponsor, Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks, claims it does not legalize infanticide but “protects reproductive freedom by clarifying that the Reproductive Privacy Act prohibits pregnancy criminalization.”

California Pastor Calls For The Pulpits And Pews To Take Action Against ‘Heinous’ And ‘Unprecedented’ Infanticide Bill
A California Judiciary Committee passed a bill on Tuesday, which Christians, pro-life agencies, and legal analysts in the state warn will legalize the killing of babies up to six days after birth.

The bill, A.B. 2223, which was passed in a 6-3 vote down party lines, will now move to the California Assembly Health Committee to be heard on April 19th.
California pastor, Jack Hibbs, the founder and senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, described the bill as “unprecedented” and insisted that the reprehensible crime of infanticide should have no place in the state.
“A.B. 2223 goes beyond any other pro-abortion bill to completely undermine the value of life and legalize murder,” the pastor warned. “Killing born babies is an incomprehensible heinous crime that has no place in California legislation.”
